Showering in the street

It is like working out in a sauna! It gets so hot inside the gym that we often go outside to cool off in the shower. And let me just tell you how great that feels!

Getting ready for the big fight next month...And it is only 36 degrees outside? Imagine the heat inside the gym without airconditioner??? It is like working out in a sauna!

Long day

Yesterday it was a kind of turning point in my life, but today is a new day and I am feeling good. I know that there is a long road ahead of me but it does show promise of a brighter future than what I am now. To live with pain for so long is like slowly dying a little everyday, but now that I know I will get better I can't wait to get started. 昨日は人生の中である意味のターニングポイントの一日でしたけど、今日は新しい日です。気持ちよくこれから来る辛い日々を向かうことができる。痛みを感じない日が来るのを楽しみにしています、毎日痛いと頭の働きはどこかでそれで集中しているから辛いですけど、これからは心配なく体と付き合いが出来るともっともっとパワーが出ます。日本は今３５～７°でめっちゃ熱いです、その熱い日本に熱いニコラスもいます、夏に負けないぞう！全然関係ないけど、この写真はSimen Kjellinさんがこの前デンマークで撮ってくれた。お父さんはてれくさくっていい写真です。

Hip Replacement

今回は初めて英語のレポートをしてみました！何だか英語では話す雰囲気は違う。。。

On my way to the Hospital

I think I spoke about it before, but my left hip joint has worn out and I need a replacement. It sounds like something out of a SF movie, but it is as real as anything can get. This is a picture of what they are going to do to my hip on the 3rd. of August...I don't like hospitals because over the years I have spent so much time in them that I have had enough of going in and out of them. But like all the other times this is is serious enough that I can't just make it go away, so today we are getting ready for the operation on the 3rd. by taking a whole bunch of tests.


以前に左足の股関節の話はしたと思いますが？何といつの間にオペが決まりました。。。８月３日に僕の体の中は大体こんな感じになります！人口股関節を体に入れることによって、今毎日感じている痛みは消えてしまう。そして、少しですが運動はできるようにないります。実に言うとこの一年間は自分の本格的な運動はできていないです。つらくって、言葉にできないですけど、このオペは上手くいけば本当に楽になる。最近は普通に走れるようになるのは楽しみでしょうがないです。今日はオペに前にやるテストを一日使って病院に行きます。。。

Now it is all buisness and making it happen in the fights this afternoon. Emeka is the main event today so we need to put on a good show!

New I-phone !

Yep, I finally got it and I am actually liking it. If you checked out my video's yesterday then you know some of the things that telephone can do. I am thinking that in about 3 years they will have the I-Phone up to the standard that they are aiming at. But for the moment it is still not as smart as I would like it to be? But everytime they come out with a new one or even just the new software then it gets better and better...

やっぱり、新しいバーションはいいですけど、まだまだ機能は前に使っていたドコモと比べればレベル低いです。今回は前のものよりいいけど、たぶん３年後には本当に良くなるんのではないか？と思います。それまでゆっくり我慢するしかないかな~？
