Switched to Facebook and Twitter
I know that some people still stumble in on this page and for that I am truly honored, but I had a lot of spam issues and threatening messages that I could not get rid of, so a long time ago I started a Facebook account. Now that account reached 5000 friends and people have started to subscribe. Some people come and go, but I feel at ease with the account. My book has been selling slowly since January and I have received a lot of great response, it took me more than 10 years to complete it, so it makes me happy that people like it. I am about to begin a new time in my life and all because I was introduced to CrossFit by Reebok. August 2012 I will open up my first Box called Reebok CrossFit Daikanyama By Haleo, and it is a collaboration box powered by the best supplement company in the world!
