I can't help but feeling total awe for a sky like that, it is on days
and moments like these that the world makes us feel just how small we
truly are. I took this picture from the rooftop of my gym, and was
fortunate enough to sit there and watch it transform for about 20 min.

こんな美しい空はめったに見る事が出来ないと思いますが、この瞬間は本
当に素敵です。そんな空を見ると人間はどんなに小さいか？すごく感じさ
せてくれるきちょうな時間です。ジムの屋上からとった写真です、やっぱ
りあのジムはすごいスポットにあります！

S Cawaii

This is a cutout from a magazine called S Cawaii, and it is about a
very famous R&B singer called AI. She came over to the gym for a trial
kickboxing class with me! And let me just tell you that it was full
on, I made her work for it :)

この雑誌は今日事務所に届きました、エスカワイイでAIと
の体験レッソンの記事です。かなりハードにやらしましたので少し心配し
ていましたけど、本当に楽しかったです！本当も英語ペラペラで素敵な方
でした！

My own Pizza time

This is what it looks like when I make my own pizza's in the house.
Starting from the dough and then even brewing up my own sauce! It was
a good mixture of tomato and onions and lots of special herbs. I
thought it was amazing! But that is just my opinion because I made
it!! Unfortunately I was only able to eat the topping since I have
stopped eating carbs. But it felt like eating real pizza and the good
thing was that when I stepped on the scales this morning my weight had
even dropped down a pound or so!

ひさしぶりにピザを作りました、きじから自分のオリジナルソースまで！オーブ
ンで焼いて、出来上がり〜！めっちゃ美味しかったですけど、僕はトッピングし
か食べれなかった。だって、今年は炭水化物をやめました。本当にやめました、
それで1月11日から10キロも体重が減りました。あとさらに10キロ年内でおどした
いところです。昨日はトッピングだけを食べたても今朝の体重は少しへったから
大満足です！

Funky looking subway in Tokyo

This is me in the subwaystation on my way to Koriyama, I just thought it was fun to see one of the last retro style looking subway stations in Tokyo. They are under construction to make it look like most of the other stations, so it wont look like that for very long. And then I spoke about how bad it is to have a slight flu and have to work all over the place anyway...At least I am getting a bit better...

March ! Already ??

It was just the new years holidays and I was fat and lazy, now it's
March and my abs are tight again, I dropped 10 kg's over the last two
months and although it doesn't seem like it took two months to get
here. The dates don't lie... It's good to be busy and going after
something, since before my operation on the hip I have not been able
to actually work out properly. Running was not on the menu for almost
two years, but now I am in the gym again everyday! Today I ran at
level 10 for 25 min. without getting tired. Weightloss and fitness
levels are coming back and this shell of a body has become comfortable
again. I visioned myself getting here again but seeing it in your mind
and actually being here is so different. I love myself again and feel
ready to take on the world again, physically fit goes hand in hand
with mental fitness.

三月になりました！早くないですか？この前はお正月で初めて公園で走って見ま
した、そのときは体の調子があんまりよくなかったけど毎日少しづつ頑張って、
痛みをこえながらもとの体を目指していて。何と！昨日の時点で10キロも体重が
減ってました。股関節のオペから半年が立ちました、そのオペからいつかはかな
らず自分の体を取り戻す夢を見ていたけど！実際にここまできたら本当に気持ち
いいです！後はやっぱり次の目標は体重をふたけたにする事です。。。頑張るで
〜

10kg's down !

I dropped 10kg's since January the 11th. ! It has been so hard for me
to drop down to my ideal weight since the operation, but now that I
started to drop down I am not going to stop. It feels so much better
to be lighter, I fit my clothes so much better and my stomach is tight
again. Last night I even kicked along with everyone in karate class,
and that felt great! Now this time around I am not going to stop until
I am down to 90 kg. That would be a great weight for me I think? Well
that sounds kind of far out but I wanna try and get there...

1月11日から何と！10キロ痩せました、本当に痩せました！毎日の走り込みと食事
の管理がやっぱりききました。この一年前から体は思うように動かせなくって、
体は少しづつ変わってきて、体重は114.4キロまでふえてしまったけど！お正月に
自分約束をしました、今年は自分を元に戻す！それはこの二ヶ月の結果は10キロ
痩せました！最高ですね〜しかし！後10キロのこってます。。。

Last we had the second aniversary party for Nitta's gym Bungeling
Bay ! It was a great turn out and right at the end of the party,
Musashi showed up!
It was my first time actually speak to him slowly, and although I knew
he was a really good guy. He was also the focus point of my carrer for
many years!

Samurai Spirit Sumo

After we finished the morning training, we had a great traditional
Chanko lunch. This is what the sumo wrestlers eat everyday, there was
some great meet there too, which was part of the prize for winning.
When you win a sumo tournament the give a whole cow which is about
1ton of meat, last year Hakuho won 4 tournaments and they had so much
meat that they couldn't finish so they had to give it out to so e of
the neighboors and other sumo dojo. We are talking about the best Kobe
beef in japan!!!

Anyway I got to fight the Grand Champion and although he went light on
me, I thought I was going to break my neck! It was like getting hit by
a truck... Should make for some interesting footage, stay tuned for
the release of the show!

Sumo training !

It was all I had expected, and then even a little more! I got to take
part of the training and they didn't just leave me to myself but
really taught me a whole bunch of useful things. It was a lot harder
than I had first imagined, but it not something you can just do even
of you wanted to. So I am very glad that Samurai Spirit brought me
here. And then I was lucky enough to actually face off against Hakuho
Grand Champion... Ofcourse I didn't have the slightest chance, but it
was all worth it anyway.

Samurai Spirit "Sumo"

Today I spent shooting on my show Samurai Spirit, and ofcourse it is
about Sumo this time. It was the first time for me to actually have a
real Sumo practice mawashi around my waist. It wasn't as bad as I had
first thought. After a couple of hours wearing it, it felt quite
natural and I forgot that I was running around with my butt sticking
out!

New fish

It was valentines day yesterday, not that that meant anything special
for me. But I took the family out for a drive and then we happened to
stop by a nice pet shop, where I picked up this guy! He is really big
and swims around so smoothly, I am glad I bought him

昨日はバレンタインデーだったのにチョコレートは食べなかった。。。ダ
イエットしているニコラスはチョコレート食べれないから食べなかったけ
ど、車でドライブしたら、この子に出会った！今家の水そうでスムーズに
泳ぎ回ってます。可愛いよ！

Bungeling Bay Spirit

This is from the teams monthly training session, we get everyone who
can show up together for a rock hard day of training! It's is great to
have guys from the different gyms come over and train, sparre and
basically learn something new. It is a great thing we have decided to
do and I am sure they all hate and love it at the same time.

今日はバンゲリングベイスピリットの合同稽古の日でした！雪が降ってて
もみんなで駒沢公園まで走って、ダッシュとかいろんなキツイことをして
からジムに戻って二時間の稽古をやりました。本当にいい稽古でした！

It is so cold that it reminds me of the trip we had recently up in Hakodate! It was snowing up there, and today I saw some small flakes coming down while I was running in the gym. It is on days like these that I am glad that I have a nice warm big car to drive around in...

え！こんなに寒くなっていいのかい？この前の函館思いだします。毎日雪でした、しかも、今日はジムの窓から軽く雪が見えたけど気のせい？こういうときに車が持っているだけでうれしいです。

Old fights

I was on YouTube the other day and wasn't looking for anything in
particular when I found the fight with Badr Hari. It was a good fight
except for the fact that I broke my arm in the first round! I whish I
hadn't broken it and just could have fought all three rounds. But once
again bad luck had me...

ひさしぶりにバダハリ戦をこの前見ましたけど、いい試合だった
けど1ラウンドにうでが折れてしまったので2ラウンドから時
間の問題だけだったけど！そのリングに立つのに5年かかったの
で、本当は最後まで戦いたかった。。。

TV Drama Puzzle !

I played an american extra on a set for a martial arts soap, the whole act had a twist about finding some hidden treasure and I ended up getting killed...But left a dying message that was the hint to find out who had been killing all the extra's off during the shoot. It was about two years ago, and very fun to find on my hard disk.

約２年前に石原さとみさんと一緒に演じたドラマです、ＨＤＤを見ててたらこんなの出てきて懐かしいな～と思いました！ちょっと久しぶりに見ると本当に面白いですね？
